Cadence collects what your team already wrote in chat, in the tracker and in Friday's thread, and turns it into one page. Somebody reads it before it goes out. Nobody writes it.

Drafts on Thursday, sends Friday at 09:00
The draft sits overnight so somebody can fix the two lines that are wrong before it reaches anyone.
Four headings, every week, in the same order
Shipped, slipped, blocked, decided. A week with nothing under a heading says so rather than hiding it.
Every line links back to its source
Click a sentence and you land on the message, commit or ticket it came from. Nothing is asserted without a trace.
One named editor signs it off
Not the whole team. One person, who can rewrite anything, and whose name appears at the bottom.
It does not chase people
No reminders, no nudges, no green ticks. If a team went quiet, the summary says the team went quiet.
